Hi! I’m Latavius Mulzac and I’ll be your teacher for the next four-weeks.
I remember when … I first started playing the piano, I wanted to sound like a pro and I found a simple method to learn how to play by ear. Now I have a simple proven-method that ANYONE can apply and start sounding like a pro too.
After touring in Europe, Japan, Italy and many other places, I was inspired to bring what I’ve learned on the road and teach you how to play the piano like a pro too.
I’ve helped dozens of students in my music camps and I can’t wait to get back to meeting in person. But until then, I have decided to serve you right here ONLINE. For the next four-weeks, I’m going to walk you through the basics of HOW to play the piano like a pro.
I teach beginner piano players and returners how to play the piano confidently over an easy to follow virtual course. This interactive virtual learning experience will provide you with the tools to learn how to play any song in less than ten minutes. By the end of the course you would have received simple exercises on how to properly play chords, read music, understand rhythms and more.

HOW IS THE COURSE SET UP?
Answer: The course is ran completely online through a virtual experience. This allows each student to remain safe through COVID-19. I provide you with intentional check points on an app that you will receive so that you can receive intentional feedback from your instructor.
HOW CAN I BE SURE I CAN LEARN ANY SONG IN TEN-MINUTES
Answer: I’ve been teaching piano for over five years now and I know how to teach anyone (no matter the level of experience) on how to play using a simple proven-method.
WHEN ARE THE LESSONS GIVEN?
Answer: Once a week on Tuesday’s, a lesson will be available to watch through an app. Once the video has ended, you have the freedom to watch each lesson as many times as you’d like. Homework will be available the very next day.
WHAT PIANO OR KEYBOARD IS RECOMMENDED FOR PRACTICE?
Answer: There is no simple answer, as your choice would depend on several factors such as budget, mobility, etc. However, I’d strongly recommend a Yamaha P45, 88-Key weighted action digital piano. It’s great for beginners and provides a weighed-key action touch just as the hammers inside an actual acoustic piano. The keyboard itself weighs only 36lbs.
